Shrewsbury International School India is seeking an experienced and creative Visual Designer to lead and shape the school’s visual identity across all platforms.
This pivotal position offers an opportunity to craft a consistent and compelling brand experience that reflects the school’s ethos, global outlook and a commitment towards whole-person development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, implementing and maintaining a strong visual identity across print, digital, event-based platforms and all marketing collateral.
From designing brochures and digital campaigns to collaborating with photographers, freelancers and the internal teams, the Visual Designer will ensure brand consistency and creative impact in every touchpoint.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years’ experience in brand management and graphic design is essential. The candidate should also possess a portfolio that showcases versatility across print and digital branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong grasp of typography, layout and colour theory are essential, while skills in UX/UI, motion graphics or visual storytelling are highly desirable.

You will capture and produce high‑quality photos and videos - from candid portraits and campus life to promotional reels and event coverage - and edit them to professional standards for use across digital, print and admissions materials.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Photography, Videography, Media, or a related field, have at least three years of hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and Adobe Creative Suite.
