This summer marks the beginning of a transformative chapter for students from across India and beyond as the Shrewsbury India Leadership Programme 2025 commences.
Designed for students aged 11 to 18, this dynamic residential camp brings together future leaders for eight immersive days of learning, growth, and self-discovery. Set in a luxurious and secure environment, the programme fosters personal development, global outlook, and community building through a balanced blend of hands-on workshops and recreational engagement.
What’s Happening at the Camp
From day one, students have been actively participating in:
● Leadership & Innovation Modules
Sessions on ethical leadership, emotional intelligence, and future-forward thinking are shaping confident, values-driven individuals.
● Creative & Performing Arts
Students are exploring theatre, storytelling, and vocal performance—nurturing self-expression and bold communication.
● Entrepreneurship Studio
Our innovation lab has come alive with ideas as students prototype and pitch real-world solutions with guidance from expert mentors.
● Cross-Cultural Friendships
With participants from different regions and countries, the programme is a true melting pot of cultures, ideas, and shared values.
● Life Skills & Strategic Thinking
Workshops on negotiation, etiquette, digital fluency, and financial literacy are equipping students with practical tools for the future.
Evenings at the Grand Sheraton are filled with music, sports, and connection—creating memories that will last far beyond these eight days.
